The project, consisting of 15 bungalows designed between olive trees in Kaz Mountains, has sport and activity areas, hobby garden, jogging-walking track and restaurant. The bungalows were designed in three different types of: 17, 40 and 62 mr depending on the demand and the number of users. Natural materials such as wood and stone were used in accordance with the environment. Concerning user-oriented approach, it was aimed in the design process to satisfy the basic needs of people in minimum area. Without interfering the green, designing a harmonious settlement communed with nature has been one of the main objective of the project.
