BELEDIYE HIZMET BINASI MEYDANI

BÜYÜKÇEKMECE / ISTANBUL

Eklektik bir cepheye sahip olan ‘yeni’ hizmet binasinin peyzaj tasariminda mimari dile benzer bir dil tercih edilmistir. Tarihi görünümlü yapinin önünde bulunan kare planli sert zemin meydanda geometrik formlar kullanilmis; giris kismindaki üçgen adada havuz, su animasyonu ve isikli yönlendirme tabelalari kullanilarak giris tanimlanmistir. Meydanin solunda bulunan yesilin dokunun hâkim oldugu Kuva-yi Milliye parkla bina girisine yönelen protokol aksi arasinda kullanilan kirmizi metaller ile heykelsi bir paravan olusturulmustur. Bu metaller degisik açilarda yerlestirilerek park ile meydan arasindaki görsel iliskiyi dinamik bir hale getirilmistir. Hizmet Binasina giren kisi ile çikan kisinin gördügü perspektifler degisken olup, meydanda bulunulan noktaya göre de farklilik içermektedir. Meydandaki kent mobilyalari ve aydinlatma tasarimlari da kentsel tasarimin dilini güçlendirmis, bitkisel peyzaj ile dogal bir etki yaratilmistir.

The Landscape design of the new service building with an eclectic facade was performed in harmony of architectural concept. Geometric forms were used in the square -planned arena, which was located in front of the historical viewed building. In the triangular block, entrance was defined by using the pool, water animation and illuminated navigation signs. A sculptural front was established with the red metals used between the protocol axis leading to the building entrance and Kuvayi Milliye Park, which is on the left side of the arena dominated by green texture. These metals were placed in different angles enhancing dynamism of visual relationship between the park and the arena. The perspectives of both the person entering and leaving the building were variable and differentiated according to the each spot in the arena. Urban furniture and illumination designs in the arena strengthened the concept of urban design and created a natural effect with botanical landscape.
